Refund Policy

At Rymefor, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or modify your booking. This Refund Policy outlines our terms and conditions regarding refunds.

1. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations Made 48 Hours Before Pickup: If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before Pickup: If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup, a cancellation fee equivalent to one day’s rental rate will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded.
  • No-Shows: If you do not show up at the designated pickup time and location, no refund will be issued.

2. Modifications

  • Booking Modifications: Modifications to your booking (e.g., changing the pickup date or vehicle type) can be made up to 24 hours before the pickup time, subject to availability. If the modification results in a higher rental cost, the difference will be charged to you. If the modification results in a lower rental cost, a partial refund will be issued.

3. Early Returns

  • Partial Refunds: If you return the rental car earlier than the agreed rental period, no partial refunds will be issued for the unused days.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
